🎀 INDIAN BARBIE GLAM 🎀

The brief? Soft. Pink. Feminine. Doll-like✨

I wanted to create my own take on an Indian Barbie - fluttery lashes from @poundlashes , softly sculpted eyes, flushed pink cheeks from @hudabeauty , glossy pink lips from @maccosmeticsuki and Huda, and that polished bridal glow ✨

But it was when the outfit @shernilondon , jewellery and tikka @harveysfashion went on that the whole vision really came together ❤️

Because South Asian bridal beauty isn’t just about the makeup - it’s about how every element works together to create the final look.

And @simrat_chohan_ understood the assignment 🎀

A modern take on the traditional South Indian jasmine braid 🤍

For this look, I wanted the jasmine to feel abundant, elegant and beautifully integrated into the braid - rather than simply added on afterwards.

I created the length and structure using an Expressions braid, then worked with fresh jasmine strands, doubling them for fullness and wrapping them through the braid to create this alternating floral pattern.

And because sometimes you don’t know what a design needs until you see it coming together…I added those extra trailing jasmine strands right at the end.

Traditional elements, styled with a modern eye - exactly how I love approaching South Indian bridal beauty.

Apparently EVERYONE was at Diljit…except me 😭😂

While Diljit was busy making history at Wembley, I was doing what I do best…GLAM✨

And I can’t complain because I got to spend my day glamming gorgeous newlywed Prabz and her lovely mother-in-law 🤍

Soft glowing glam, defined eyes, glossy nude lips and that high pony with cascading waves - just wait for the hair reveal 😍

Still gutted I missed Diljit though😂
